Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a class or workshop, please email us in advance at training@madoverinsurance.com.
Refunds will be made as per the policies mentioned below. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality — as with everything we do at Mad Over Insurance, you get a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Policy Scope
This policy applies to all Mad Over Insurance courses under the categories of Insurance Modules, Insurance Courses, Insurance Products, Insurance Sales, Reinsurance, Insurance Brokers Role, Risk Analysis, and related programs.
1. Cancellations Prior to the Course
If you are unable to attend the course and want a refund before the commencement date, we will refund the full amount provided you inform us at least 7 days before the training session (applicable only for live workshops).
2. Withdrawals During the Workshop
Once you have attended the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Transfers to Another Batch
You are free to change your batch at any point before the commencement of the workshop at no extra charge (applicable only for corporates on request).
If you are unable to continue or complete the workshop for any reason, we will accommodate you in a different batch of the same course at no additional cost. This option is available to corporate users only and may be exercised once.
If you wish to extend access to an e-learning program, please write to us at training@madoverinsurance.com. Extensions are granted at 50% of the course price, subject to discussion with the trainer.
4. Important Notes
- All cancellation, rescheduling, and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at training@madoverinsurance.com.
- You are not eligible for a refund if you have already accessed and downloaded the course material.
- All refunds will be credited back to your account within 15 business days of the refund request.
- Refunds or credits for rescheduling cannot be issued for non-attendance.
- Mad Over Insurance may modify this refund policy at any time without notice; however, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
- If you do not notify us in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or if you do not attend the training, no refund will be issued and rescheduling will not be offered.
5. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Mad Over Insurance
Mad Over Insurance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Mad Over Insurance is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
In the event of a cancellation by Mad Over Insurance, you will not be charged and will be offered a full credit towards a future workshop or a full refund, as per your preference.

7. Cancellation Process
- A cancellation request is raised by Mukitha upon request from the user.
- If the cancellation is approved by Mr. Atmaram, refund approval is sent to Mukitha and Prashanth.
- Prashanth initiates the refund from the Mad Over Insurance bank account to the customer's account.
- All coordination with users is handled by Mukitha.
- The refund process is completed by Prashanth within 15 days from the date of approval by Mr. Atmaram.
